Terms of Use
1. The service
2-Minute Mic gives you one speaking topic a day, records your practice on your phone, and, when you ask for it, produces an AI evaluation of that recording. The evaluation is practice feedback, not an official contest result or a professional assessment.
2. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms and to the Privacy Notice. One account per person. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your content
Your recordings, transcripts and notes remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Notice. Your daily achievement card (topic, streak, speeches) is visible to people who follow you; your recordings, scores and feedback are not shared with anyone unless you share them yourself.
4. Community conduct
Use a name that does not impersonate or offend others. Nudges and cheers are meant as encouragement. We may remove accounts that abuse the service, attempt to access other people’s data, or interfere with its operation.
5. Purchases
Prices are shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy, in your local currency. Purchases are processed by Google Play. Nothing renews automatically.
- Warm-up. Every new account gets 2 free speech evaluations. Any you have not used when you start the challenge move to your Reserve.
- 21-day challenge + 1-year pass. One speech evaluation (an AI evaluation of your recording) each day for 21 days from the day you buy, and access to the app for one year. If you miss a challenge day, that day's evaluation moves to your Reserve and keeps until your 1-year pass ends. Buying again before the year ends adds another year.
- Evaluation packs (5, 10 or 30). They add evaluations to your Reserve. Pack evaluations, and Warm-up or welcome-bonus evaluations moved to your Reserve, keep as long as your 1-year pass; a pack bought without a pass keeps for one year from purchase. Evaluations not used by then expire.
- Launch prices. A struck-through price is the regular price; the lower price is a launch offer. The regular price will apply after the launch offer ends. Price changes never affect what you have already bought.
- Refunds. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. When a purchase is refunded, the evaluations it gave that you have not used are removed, and a refunded pass ends (the account returns to the Warm-up). Evaluations you already received are not affected.
- Failed evaluations. If an evaluation fails, it is not charged and goes back to your Reserve, unless the purchase it came from was refunded.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running but may change, pause or stop features, including the AI provider, with reasonable notice where practical. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Vishva Collective is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer or data protection law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights.
